Every CarCab driver must keep their own valid auto insurance, driver license, and vehicle registration. CarCab does not replace a driver's personal legal insurance obligations, and a document review by CarCab does not create or guarantee insurance coverage.
For eligible package deliveries, CarCab may provide up to $200 in package protection when a qualifying delivery issue is confirmed through the support review process and the package rules were followed.
A sender can request additional package protection during booking, with supported declared value protection up to $10,000.
Delivery codes, pickup confirmation, handoff confirmation, proof photos, signature options, and declared value records help support review and protect the community.
