Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Louisville each play a different role in CarCab's ride and package delivery network.
Passenger rides
Passenger trips are available across supported Ohio city-to-city routes when drivers post matching trips. Riders can reserve a posted trip or publish a request and choose the driver offer that fits their schedule, pickup preference, and price.
Package delivery
Eligible packages can move same day or next day along supported Ohio routes and the I-71 delivery corridor. Louisville is currently served for package delivery, not passenger carpooling.
What coverage means
Coverage means users may search, request, reserve, or post eligible routes in the listed service area. A ride or delivery is created through the driver's posted trip, the rider or sender's reservation, payment, and any acceptance flow shown in the product.
