Delete your CarCab account

You can delete your account directly in the CarCab app by going to Profile, then Settings, scrolling down, and selecting Delete your account.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the CarCab app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down and select Delete your account.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps.

You may also contact privacy@thecarcab.com to request account deletion.

Data retention

When your account is deleted, CarCab deletes or anonymizes personal information that is no longer required to provide the service. Some records may be retained when required for safety, payment processing, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
